3 Annual Accounts: The annual grant of £100 was added to the fund.

4 Election of officers:

5 Minutes of last meeting: Accepted as correct.

6 Neighbourhood Watch: Nil to report

7 Environment: Guttering in Albert Street is improved but unsatisfactory in Sopwell Lane as the mesh covers get blocked up. Alex Campbell is awaiting a meeting with Chris White and Highway Officers. It is hoped that a 20mph speed limit can be introduced for Sopwell Lane though a notice advising it as unsuitable for heavy traffic cannot be done.

The noisy tenants at the bottom of Albert Street have been evicted.

It would be helpful to have information about council owned properties in our patch.

8 Any other business: Pam Johnson advised that we should be aware of the reduced bus services

It is suggested that the Xmas get-together should be on Monday 1st December at the Hare and Hounds.
